I am a solo practitioner, licensed since 1998 with over 25 years of general counsel, litigation and
business experience with another six years of paralegal experience prior to my admission to the Bar. I
manage client matters from initial intake through their conclusion. I was also the owner of both a title
company and construction company. I have acted as general counsel to numerous corporate clients as well.
As a general practitioner I provide full spectrum legal services.
